We have three lovely contemporary 2 bedroom apartments within the same complex - The Allium, The Ivy and Paradise. All with living area, kitchenette, and bathroom. The Ivy and Paradise have a relaxing garden area with table and seating area. All apartments are tastefully decorated to a high standard and takes the guests needs into account. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar is supplied. Close to the NEC, Resort World, BP live and Birmingham International Airport. Marston Green train Station is 3 minutes walking distance from the apartments. Shops, pub, take away and eating in facilities within walking distance. Parking available on site.

Who we are?
We are your hosts, Tim and Karen. We have been hosting for the past 6 years on both Airbnb and Booking.com sites and have been accredited Super host status by Airbnb.
What type of property do you offer?
We offer three comfortable 2 bedroom accommodations, complete with kitchenette, living area and bathroom. Each has its own dedicated parking spaces. Two accommodations, The Ivy and Paradise enjoy access to well manicured outdoor space with seating area for you to relax in during your stay,
What differentiates your vacation rental?
Located in an ideal location for easy access to the NEC, BP Live, Birmingham International Airport and Birmingham City Centre. Easy access to public transport. The Marston Green Train station is 3 minutes walk from the accommodation as is a major bus terminal. By train, it is 3 minutes to Birmingham International train station. The NEC can then be reached via an easy 10 minute walk under a sheltered walk was with travellators to assist. The Birmingham City Centre is a 7 minute journey away by train.
